A hydraulic-actuated valve is intended to reduce water hammer effects and hydraulic shock in a water distribution system. Its performance is dependent on the controller that manages its operation.

The ELIBAR Valve Controller ensures reliable and optimum performance of your water distribution that will minimize operating cost and perform better than existing controller with outmoded technology that uses imbedded CPU, micro-switches and LEDs for monitoring and control.

We developed home-grown technology to bring the performance of hydraulically-actuated valves to a higher level. Equipped with technologically advanced programmable controller and high speed, high resolution display processor display panel, its operation can be configured with just the touch of a finger. Remote monitoring is also possible because it is equipped with multi-communication protocols.

APPLICATIONS IN WATER SYSTEM DISTRIBUTION
• Booster Pumps
Works in tandem with the motor control in opening and closing of pump discharge line to eliminate pressure surge and water hammer effects. Effectively functions as a no-return, non-slam, noise-free check valve.
• Deepwell Pumps
Works also in tandem with the motor control in opening and closing of pump discharge line to control flow and eliminate pressure surge and water hammer effects. Acts also as a no-return, non-slam, noise-free check valve.
• Pressure Management
For effective control and regulation of line pressure to control the flow of water in water distribution system. Ensures all connections get their share of water at the right pressure.

• PLC-based design makes it compatible to function effectively in any SCADA system.
• Manual control is available in case of emergency or automation failure.
• Can be retrofitted to any type of valve or motor control.
