COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION

Compressed air is a vital component in industrial operation. It is used as POWER SOURCE where the air is compressed to a pressure above ambient or atmospheric pressure and transported through a distribution system to a point where some of its energy is recovered to do useful work such as move a cylinder or move paint from the nozzle of a spray gun. It is utilized as PART OF A PROCESS, wherein air is used to aid in combustion of fuel, aerate a liquid, or catalyze a chemical reaction; and for CONTROL APPLICATION just like in pneumatics where it can start, stop, regulate or otherwise control the operation of a machine or process.
